But did you look at the <www.thawte.com> site?  Specifically at

Go ahead and print it out.  And hold them to it.

Thawte is in South Africa.  I'm positive that Presidents Day isn't a 
holiday in South Africa <wry grin>.  Go ahead and start the procedure if 
you need to.

I still recommend renaming your server, though, and trying that 
first.  Cheaper, if it works.
