Debbie-
When you have mail forms that take 2-4 minutes to load most of the time it is
because your DNS is not setup properly with reverse entries on each IP. If they
are not setup the server will try to resolve to an IP and will eventually time
out after trying numerous times (2-4 minutes). Try adding 1 reverse entry per
IP to any domain that is assigned to that IP and see if it speeds things up.
Right now I can't remember what log file to check as the timeouts are logged in
one of them, but if I remeber I will let you know.
