Thanks so much for this answer (BTW.. I would like to thank everyone for
their recent replies, suggestions blah, blah in the past few weeks) .. yes
you are probably right about this, I am still not sure my DNS is set up
properly.. the host people are way too vague about all this with me.. 

Thats the first call I make Monday AM.. this is making me nuts.. sales way
down between the slow reaction time and the cert not matching.. both need
to be fixed ASAP. Going to call Verisign and plea insanity. no way am I
going to dump another $250 for a new cert.. I'll shoot for $50 maybe but no
way more than that.. I think I''m going to have to do the same for my other
3 clients with certs..
