I'm sorry, I thought I was writing about telnet <wry grin>.

Yes, I find that the system I've got locked in a closet in the basement 
without any connections to the outside world (it doesn't even have a 
monitor, mouse, or keyboard) IS quite secure.  I just can't figure out how 
to get any work out done on it <smile>.
