[cobalt-users] email "stuck in the qube 3"



We have email for some users, where the mail is just "stuck on the cobalt 
cube 3".  After we delete the user and recreate it, the mail seems to 
process just fine.    The downside here is that all of the user's mail is 
also deleted.   When we had our whistle interjet, we could delete the first 
email that was clogging the queue.  We don't seem to have that option on 
the qube.   Any ideas?
