RE: [cobalt-users] email "stuck in the qube 3"

->-We have email for some users, where the mail is just "stuck
->-on the cobalt
->-cube 3". After we delete the user and recreate it, the mail
->-seems to
->-process just fine. The downside here is that all of the
->-user's mail is
->-also deleted. When we had our whistle interjet, we could
->-delete the first
->-email that was clogging the queue. We don't seem to have
->-that option on
->-the qube.   Any ideas?

How about logging into the Qube and going into the mail directory, and
moving their mail file, this will force a new one to be created. I
don't know if that would help, Even edit their mail file and delete out
the first message. *shrug* just a suggestion. I had a similiar problem
like that, and I that is how I solved it. You still have a copy of
their mail then, just not in a great format. =)
