How about logging into the Qube and going into the mail directory, and
moving their mail file, this will force a new one to be created. I
don't know if that would help, Even edit their mail file and delete out
the first message. *shrug* just a suggestion. I had a similiar problem
like that, and I that is how I solved it. You still have a copy of
their mail then, just not in a great format. =)
