Hmm...whoops.  I read "Raq4 admin gui files gone" and interpreted it as 
"siteManage directory gone".

Hmm. Interesting set of steps...must store in memory in case of rainy day.

It just annoys me that the problem has gone unfixed for so frickin' long that 
people have had to resort to creating scripts to rebuild something that 
should have never disappeared in the first place.  Working around the actual 
problem is okay, but for only a while....
