Most of us have seen this problem in the past, unfortunately. I had posted a
possible fix in March 2003, and brought it up again in early June, but not
much interest was shown in it so I never brought it up again. I will say
that I've applied the patch to all RaQ4's I have control of and have not seen
this problem since (and we have removed several regular sites and test sites
since).
