No, it has not been back to Sun. The first one I ordered (March) would not
even boot at all. This one is a replacement (delivered April) and it *has*
rebooted successfully in the past, but will not now.
I found out about the recall only yesterday while researching this problem.
And I found out about it only via the lists like this...nothing from Sun
Cobalt. I'll look for someone at Sun to call about the recall on Monday, but
does anyone have any experience with the XTR recall? Refund? Replacement?
How long it takes? Who to contact? Etc?
Thanks!
