JC I agree there... when it was just proven spammers it was a different
story, but now that they're blacklisting INNOCENT servers as well it's just
plain wrong. Millions of people in different races and religions have died
because of this exact sort of bull$hit. Just because I have the capability
to send mail doesn't mean I'm going to allow spammers to use my server and
won't take every legal action should I find one doing just that.

Goodluck Carrie, look to their website and you see they use a differente set
of ruels for justice..you are guilty till YOU prove your innocent..... good
luck
btw we had a run in 2 years ago...and even had the attorney general say we
are right, BUT he can't do anything about it..since they dont force people to
use the list, the best this is to let your cleints know, and explain why the
email wont arrive at them...because orbs... once you explain it to them in
the way..they come to your door and because it MIGHT be OPEN you MIGHT give a
burglar (spammer) a change to break in/use your resources) and because you
dont agree with their rules they block you ....most of our users just
complained to their isp and dropped them...
The thing to remmber that the large ISP's like aol, netcom, att etc DO NOT
use ORBS, only the smaller ISPS !
