Take a look at the Cisco 2600 series router. It supports "bandwidth
management" and can be configured for HSRP (the fail over coverage you
want). The link:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/rt/2600/index.shtml should take you
there. Or you can search at the main site www.cisco.com for "2600".
My contacts are b2b vendors: At SBC you can talk with Shawn Herrington
(978-640-2372)
At PCConnection, I have a very good personal friend, Tim Roy, (800) 800-0014
ext 3410. Both are very attentive and have great support staff working with
them.
