[cobalt-users] [RAQ3] Removing "~" from URL

When I add a user to a site, an FTP account is automatically created and a 
user directory.  If I add the username "dave" then the URL 
"www.mydomain.com/~dave" is added.

My question is, how to I eliminate the "~" from the URL?  I know the 
*reason* behind having it, but that's not a problem on my site and I don't 
want the tilde in the URL's.
