What you need is called BGP. You can do remote loopback BGP peering with 2
circuts on a very
small router, CISCO 2500. It is very easy to setup if both circuts are from
the same provider
and they are on the same remote router. If the circuts are from two
diferent providers or
two diferent routers at your end you will need to take a full BGP dump, at
that point you are
talking C3600 atleast.
