Learned it on this list not too long ago, actually...
Search the archives under "Reverse Lookup."
Of course, I'm sure that O'Reilly's "DNS & BIND" will have something on it.
But as it was explained to me by Jeff Lasman (of <smile> fame), when you ask
for www.foo.com you expect to get a single IP in return. For the same
reasons, when you reverse-lookup an IP address, you expect to get a single
name in return. This is normal and expected and will not break the
functionality of any service.
