[cobalt-users] Secondary DNS

I would like to set up a secondary dns for another RAQ3 server owed by
somebody else and have him set one up for me. We would like it to be
automatic if that is possible. Could somebody tell me the procedure for
doing this.
Also would he name his secondary  the name that I would like it to be
and I the way he would like it to be?
Like dns2.mydomain.com
and dns2.hisdomain.com
