If you're using the same RaQ for both primary and secondary DNS, then
you'll be reading the primary files at both IP#s. Nope. You should NOT
add secondary name service for the domain.
The only time you'd do that is if you get someone to swap secondarying
with you (see your first paragraph).

It's got nothing to do with reverse lookup. Adding the A record for
your domain will make it visible from both your primary and (pseudo)
secondary server.

Because it is.

Because it reads the primary. No matter how many IP#s you use for
nameservers, you're still running only one nameserver on your RaQ.
