I have to agree with this thread as we don't have a permanent connection to
the internet in the UK as we are still paying for local phone calls(although
this is changing slowly), so a client will log on to receive his email, then
disconnect, read, do other admin and then reply to his email by which time
the server has dropped his authentication and I receive the complaint that
the email is not working.... It seems strange and slightly 'left field' that
you would need to create two email accounts , one for receiving and another
to send email when we are trying to keep things simple and efficient.

P.S I this a RAQ2 issue or does the RAQ3/3i have the same issues?
