You need to give the new site a unique IP address from your IP block until
your domain name is working. This is easy to do on a RaQ3, I don't know
about other Cobalt models, though. (Some may not allow you to change the IP
address on an existing site.)
Then you can access the site with http://ipaddress/ . When your domain name
is working, you can change the IP address back to what you originally
wanted.
