Sorry Mike.. I just re-read what you said about uninstalling FP... Selecting
option 17 I get this:

15) create a subweb
16) merge a subweb into its parent web
17) full uninstall of all FrontPage information
18) chown

There is no web named "".

Basically I'm up the creek without a paddle... I need to uninstall like you
would under windoze with "add/remove programs".  The above seems to suggest
tha FP hasn't got a clue what is there and what isn't there to remove :|

Mike, would it be possible to mail you off list with directory listings
relating to my installation of FP, save bogging the list down with trivia...
??  I /think/ it might be useful to do a comparison before I go along the
tack of 'restoring' my Qube2...
