I just did a restore and reinstalled all the patches and everything got
installed correctly. I did install things in the order they were released, not
in the numerical order.
Before doing that, how about doing the complete uninstall FP option of
fpadmsrv and then run the fp_install.sh script? At this point, what can it
hurt?
