Jason,
Each list keeps it configuration under /usr/local/majordomo/lists/.  So
if you look in /usr/local/majordomo/lists/<listname>.config and look for
the reply_to variable (around line 282) you can set this to blank after
the = sign and it will default to the list.  Also see:
