[cobalt-users] Mailing List Setup on RAQ 3

I set up a mailing list.. its called eclipse-talk on the server
eclipseclub.com

When I post a message to the list and receive it, then say reply, It sends
it to the person that posted it.  How Can I automatically have it go out to
the list when they say reply, like this Cobalt-users list does?
