[cobalt-users] Automated Home Page Builder

Hey guys,

I have a client who wants an automated home page builder system for their
rep's web sites.  The have about 15,000 reps.  What they want is for
example a user by the name of BOB would have a web site called
www.xxxxx.com/bob and bob would be able to go in and have an admin section
where he could make changes to his site and add all kinds of cool things
and would be provided with a bunch of templates to choose from.  They also
want the ability to upload their own pages and images and shockwave files
and mp3's and what not.

Will a RaQ handle this or will I have to go to a bigge machine?  Does
anyone know of any applications that can be purchased for this function or
can it be outsourced at a reasonable cost?
