I've seen a web site called Perl Palace.  They offer a product called Ultra
Home and alot of other pretty cool Perl programs which may do what you need.

It's a pretty cool web site.  I've been subscribed for about three months
now without any problems and new scripts are added each month.  You might
want to check it out.
