There's a bunch of software products that allow you to build your own
site; I saw a lot of 'em at Internet World 2000 last month.

They can get the admin function right out of the (Cobalt RaQ3i) box,
with "www.domain.com/~bob" and "www.domain.com/~bob/useradmin", if
memory serves (I don't use useradmin). But note the required "~" in
front of the "bob".

Very few systems will both give you automation AND allow you to upload
your own stuff. On this part, good luck.

For 15,000 reps? I'd go to a biggger system.

For outsourcing, talk to the nationwide major ISPs and ASPs. I could
find the right products. Heck, I could even put together the system and
let you outsource it from me, BUT... I really don't have the time right
now <frown>.

Maybe someone else on the list will have some more ideas.
