[cobalt-users] Raq2 Slow sending email

We have just added POP before SMTP to our server and have it working
properly and we are about to put it into production. However we notice that
it takes about 20 - 30 seconds to send a basic email from the client machine
to the server? Our NT machine takes it instantly. Any ideas what would
causing it to take it so long to send the message to the server?
