[cobalt-users] Installed POP before SMTP on RAQ2 with no results

I installed the package POP before SMTP in my RAQ2

According to the instructions, if I read my email box before sending email
from this same mail server to outside recipients, I should be able to relay

But I am still getting the 550 relay denied error


What can be happening?
