Well, this kind-of answers some of my questions, though not all of them...

What is the name and address of the nameserver your client is looking 
at?  Get this information from his machine.  I want what he's really using, 
not what you or he thinks he's using.  I think we're about to get to the 
end of this problem <smile>.

You're saying their nameservers are firewalled?  Then your client should be 
using someone else's nameservers.

Have your client try using one of my nameservers: <ns1.ns-one.net>, and see 
which page he gets.
