It's possible that your customer's ISP has the wrong info in their DNS. I
can't tell since I get a connection refused when trying ns1.ctv.es. Perhaps
an email to hostmaster@xxxxxx might clear it up.

This is an excellent point to investigate, as far as it goes. Another possibility is that the customer is behind some kind of a firewall or proxy that has it's own DNS which is set to not update, or set with a static route.

Have the customer do a traceroute on www.bersinger-denia.ch, too, and see where it is. Does the customer's traceroute point to where they used to be hosted? Does it traceroute to you?

If the customer's traceroute to appears to be to your box, check all your httpd config files looking for "start.html".

Also, have the customer type in: http://www.bersinger-denia.ch/index.html and see if he gets the correct webpage.
