I tried www.bersinger-denia.ch from the US.  It seems to resolve properly
from here.  It may be that the ISP of your customer may not have refreshed
THEIR DNS cache yet.  My ISP tool 1 1/2 weeks to clear the cache on a
transferred domain.   It happens.
