Debbie, would you be willing to tell me what meds?  Background:  i've had 
severe shoulder/neck/upper-back/upper-chest pain for several months.  A 
pulled muscle started it, I'm sure.  My insurance won't approve 
chiropractic, everyone including me admits it's not severe enough for 
surgery, and the neuro-clinic I went to says I don't qualify as having 
"chronic pain", so they're not prescribing anything.

Any suggestions you can give me to give to my doctor would be great (my 
next appointment is next Monday) as I'm in a lot of pain, and so far 
nothing tried has helped.
