Clarification on this note.. I must apologize.. I;m on some heavy meds for
a severe pulled neck and shoulder :~O

I just sent a [web based] mail to cobalt support on this disappearing user
thing..

seems this is what is happening..

you can create all the users you need
you can assign alias and/or forwarding to any of these users
you can set any of these users to vacation mode..

The instant you alter the default vacation message the user disappears off
the GUI This is what happened in 9 out of 10 users I just created.. only
one remains intact on the GUI with an custom vacation text

The part I was saying before about mail not being received.. seems cause
the box is not live, it won;t send mail to an address OFF the box.. ie: I
sent a mail to one of the MIA AR's from this (webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
address and my admin box received it, as well it received the AR mail. I
sent the mail again to the same AR but from my ISP address.. the request
mail was received by admin but my ISP addy never got the AR mail. Techs at
Sage/Interleinet say this will resolve itself when the box is live..

The bounce notice for this non-received mail shows up in a file called
"mail" in"
/var/spool/mail/

How do I "check" this mail box..? If you pico the "mail" file it shows
mails being addressed to mail@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I tried checking the
mail using edudora, pine and mail start with no luck.. I would assume (bad
word!) that once the box is live, no more mails should get dumped in here
as all should be capable of resolving them selfs off the box.. right?
