Howdy,
To my surprise, found an XTR I administrated up until 6 months ago is
still alive; hasn't been hacked, surprisingly, either :-)
The interface got broken ages ago and I never really looked into it.
From my poking around on the system just now, it appears PHP was
updated.
The error I get is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cce_new() in
/usr/sausalito/ui/libPhp/CceClient.php on line 28
Poking around in code, against the 550 source I have here locally (boy,
were things cleaned up), it seems there's a cce.so php4 module required
on the XTR that provides this function. Alas, it wasn't being loaded;
I've put the old php back on (http modules directory was backed up),
added an extension= line in php.ini (which was replaced, so it's not
the original cobalt one), and now phpinfo() tells me:
cce
Cobalt CCE Support Enabled
Yet I'm still getting the error. Any clues? I'd investigate further,
but my connection is rather testing when it comes to my patience doing
this stuff via ssh.
R
(BTW, Anybody used the 'debtakeover' script on a Cobalt? Curious to
how it handles newer kernels, lilo [or the lack of in this instance],
RAID, fstab, networking, sshd, etc)
