If telnet is enabled on the box, see if you can connect to it with "telnet
internal.ip.address"
Then, take a look in /var/log/messages for system messages, it probaly
contains clues to what exactly does/does not function, and/or goes wrong.
Also, try: /etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv restart This command will try to
start the GUI interface, and might also yield a usefull error message.
