I may be wrong but I think that the set_logrotate.pl will create the
site# files when you create a site but will not modify it if you change
the disk size allotment.

Not sure about Webalizer, but for Awstats, if the site is getting lots
of hits and the logrotate is set too low I would miss days on the stats.
