Hello,
I have been using this RAQ 4 for about a year now. It is hosted at a
co-location here in Houston.
This past Tuesday, the server stopped responding. I couldn't even ping the
system. I had someone go to the NOC to check it out and it was running fine
it seemed, except the web light on the case was not lit. The server was
rebooted from the control panel and LCD screen on the outside and that
fixed the problem.
This morning, the problem occurred again, the same thing, but a different
time. Both times, I checked some of the logs and everything on the system
such as the cron jobs were running normally during the down time. The only
thing I can see wrong was that the web light was off.
Has anyone experience a problem like this, or know what it could be? What
makes the web light go off/on?
