Weird. I can't even resolve the domain ftp.cobaltnet.com
(www.cobaltnet.com however does point somewhere - did they close down
the ftp server today???)?!

Policy routing is prioritising certain protocols, e.g. ssh, and traffic
shaping is giving different subnets/IPs a share of the total bandwidth,
right? Dunno how "hard" the definition of traffic shaping is; if you
take it loosely, then prioritising certain protocols is also "shaping"
your traffic. I actually thought that for this reason, traffic shaping
could be used as an umbrella term for both.

Thanks! I am actually still undecided as to whether to go for the Cobalt,
seeing that a dedicated P IV 1.7 Ghz is only 50 Euros more . . .
