I just looked at the mojo mail site, and I can't see any reference to
the GPL. Did you see one?

I did see where the author says there are two versions of his software,
a free one, and one that costs $50.

Certainly he's within his right to offer any license terms he wishes.

The GPL allows you to sell software for any amount you want; it requires
that you supply the source code when asked. However, I don't see where
mojo mail is covered under the GPL. Have I just missed it?

I can honestly say I wouldn't want to install something like mojo mail,
and then ignore the author's license terms. I'd be afraid I'd never get
any needed support either from the author or the general community.
