That's because there is no simple way to do it. For several reasons...
1) the user doesn't have to use sendmail on the RaQ to send his/her
email.
2) Sendmail cannot guarantee who the sender is.
It can be done, but would require coding centering around the sender's
IP (if it's not static, that brings up another set of problems),
probably custom coding of sendmail itself.
