Their price sure looks good; we charge significantly more to manage
domains, and there are companies that charge significantly more than we
do.

But you do get what you pay for.  Do they have "live" support?  How
quickly can you get to someone if you have a problem?  How quickly will
they fix the problem?  How many servers do they have?  On how many
discrete networks?  Do they use the latest software and take an
aggressive update policy so they won't be compromised?

How good is their interface?  Do they check to make sure your domains
are set up right and let you know if they're not?

(We monitor /var/log/messages, and when we see DNS errors we notify our
clients, or check the DNS ourselves, if we're responsible for
creating/maintaining the records.)

Though you may not realize it at first, there are generally reasons why
some companies are more expensive than others.  As Jerry points out
ultradns.com is quite a bit more expensive, but they do a great job and
lots of companies use them.
