Search the archives for "relaying denied" - it's a very common topic.

Make sure the domain is in the host/domain aliases field and is also
listed in /etc/mail/local-host-names.

Any more problems? Post details here. Oh, and restart sendmail. I had a
similar problem last week and restarting sendmail (MailScanner, actually)
fixed it.
