[cobalt-users] OT: OpenWebMail mod needed

I have a client with version 1.65 installed from pkgmaster. Need to
eliminate quoting of the original message(s) when replying to an email. The
original message should still be included, but each line should not be
prefixed by the '>' character.

Any help appreciated, if you can make this change please contact me direct
with your proposed fee.
