to wget it to your raq and open it from there.  Too many mysql install 
messages there that didn't have the answer, but finally found one that

Just to add my say Jim, I'd recommend doing the wget into the /home/packages for every patch you install, basically because there are too many problems known with browser uploads, etc.
Plus you can tell wget to run in the background while you make a cuppa ;)
