I've looked in the archives for information about running an IRC server on
a RaQ4. Just about all of the posts are along the lines of "maybe",
"might work","not sure", and I just don't see any specifics like
"use xxx from www.xxx.com, it works".
So, if someone would tell be where to get an IRC server, or which post in
the archive really has the info, I'd be very appreciative.
