Nothing to worry about as this message is only for your info. Below an 
explaination about this BIND Error:

unrelated additional info 'ns1.optingnow.com' type A from [65.198.164.4].53 
CATEGORY: response-checks 
SEVERITY: info 
PAGE: 
LINKS:

Indicates that your name server received a response from the name server at 
the IP address 65.198.164.4 that contained an address record for the domain 
name ns1.optingnow.com that was unrelated to any previous record in the 
message, and hence ignored.
