There's the culprit: the site has no limit on the quota. If it's trying to work out what percentage usage that site has (ignoring the 2% above, I'll come to that) then the activemonitor effectively tries to do a "divide by zero" so ends up with an error.
(the 2% above is calculated from free/(used+free), expressed in %).
Set a large quota (not unlimited, that's the whole point of quotas!) and your error should disappear.
