I don't know why it display as Unlimited.
At first configure, I set it to 7000Mb.
Today I try to set to 6000Mb and run quotacheck -a
Now LED are green light. ^_^
Can 'Users Disk Usage Allowed' more than 'Site Disk Usage Allowed' ?

There's the culprit: the site has no limit on the quota. If it's trying to
work out what percentage usage that site has (ignoring the 2% above, I'll
come to that) then the activemonitor effectively tries to do a "divide by
zero" so ends up with an error.
(the 2% above is calculated from free/(used+free), expressed in %).
Set a large quota (not unlimited, that's the whole point of quotas!) and
your error should disappear.
