Hi Folks,
We use antivirus software from Sophos and they have something for Linux IF
you are running on Intel. I could not take advantage of it until our Qube 2
decided to die and we were able to buy a brand new Qube 3 ! :-)
So I tried loading it and I get an error:
The package file is incomplete. The packing_list is invalid or missing.
The software package was not installed.
The file I was trying to load is: mmsmtp.linux.intel.tar
I contacted Sophos tech support and they said:
I'm not overly familliar with the Qube, but if it runs Linux, I'm sure we
can get this working!
How are you trying to install? Is it via a regular shell using 'tar -xvf
<filename>'?
So does anyone know how to answer this ?
Thanks !
Chuck
