I remember this happend to us, when the RaQ2 was new and co-located.. what
a pain.. Odd/Weird/Annoying thing for us, was that it took like *SIX*
attempts for the paperclip thing to work.. very odd and caused some turmoil
at the time.. accusation of imcompetance of the guy we sent down to do it..
But I ended up up believeing him..

So it try resetting it   several times.. maybe one will take.
