Here's what I'd suggest:
(all as root from the shell):
1. Make sure that quotas are turned on:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/quota start
(if you get "Device or resource busy" messages it means it's aready on, if
it just reports "on" then they were off)
2. Check that the state of the group quotas for a site with problems (where
NNN is their site number):
quota -g siteNNN
Compare 'quota' (their quota) to 'blocks' (used space)
If everything looks fine and it was because quotas weren't running, it may
take a while for the UI to update.
If things still don't look right, try:
3. Rebuild your quotas (this may take some time to run):
/sbin/quotacheck -avug
Once done, repeat the:
quota -g siteNNN
If it still looks shot it's rather odd :-/
